5. Arrival and collection

Please arrive on time with your pet safely secured. We will contact you when care is complete, and pets should be collected within the agreed window. Additional waiting or care charges may apply when collection is materially delayed.

You must tell us about contagious conditions, pain, recent surgery, pregnancy, or other concerns before arrival. We may pause or decline a service when grooming could cause harm, distress, or risk to the pet, staff, or other animals.

7. Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the website are starting prices and may vary with coat condition, size, matting, behavior, or additional care requested. We will explain material changes before proceeding whenever reasonably possible. Payment is due at collection unless agreed otherwise.

8. Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible when changing an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit or restrict future booking availability. Any applicable charge will be explained when the appointment is made.

9. Results and follow-up

Grooming results can vary because coats, skin, movement, and temperament are individual. We welcome prompt feedback and will discuss reasonable adjustments or follow-up care where the service has not met the agreed brief.
